Braids by KayC– Cancellation Policy At Flawless Braids, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain a smooth scheduling process, please review our cancellation policy below: 💖Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel their appointment up to 2 days (48hours) before their scheduled service without any fee. 💖Late Cancellations: Any cancellation made less than 1 day (24hours) before the appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total service cost. 💖No-Shows: Clients who do not cancel and do not show up for their appointment will be charged 30–50% of the service cost (set your preferred percentage). 💖Rescheduling: Rescheduling within the 3-day window is treated as a cancellation and will also incur the 30% fee, unless otherwise approved. 💖Non-Refundable Deposits: If a deposit was paid, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit. Any remaining balance must be paid before booking future appointments. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies. BOOKING POLICIES – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 💝 A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment; all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, will be applied toward your service total, and the remaining balance is due at your appointment—by booking, you agree to this policy for all services, plus a $1.05 processing fee. 💖 BNPL Policy: Clients choosing Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm are required to pay an additional $15 convenience fee on the day of the appointment. This fee must be paid via cash, Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay. No exceptions. 💖 Please arrive on time. A grace period of 10–15 minutes is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or a late fee may apply. 💖 Guest Policy: No extra guests are allowed unless approved in advance. One parent or legal guardian is permitted for child appointments only. 💖 Style changes must be approved before the appointment. Same-day changes may not be accommodated. 💖 Please confirm age requirements before booking. Children must be 5 years and older and able to sit calmly for the duration of the service. 💖 Hair Requirements: Please come with hair clean, detangled, and product-free. Extra detangling may cost extra. Blow-dry is free and included. 💖 TWA Hair Policy: For TWA hair, clear photos or a video of the hair must be sent before booking for approval. Clients must book small braids, and a $50 additional fee will be added to the service. 💖 Inspiration Photo Policy: For any style outside of our regular service menu, an inspiration photo must be sent in advance of your appointment for approval. 💖hair color policy; If we’re providing the hair, please choose your color at least 1 day before your appointment.
